摘要
针对目前工业企业内部分配中存在的弊端,提出了用结构工资制代替等级工资制的改革出路,并就如何利用结构工资的各个组成部分解决目前工业企业内部分配中存在的弊端提出了一些设想。
This paper analysed existing problems of internal distribution within industrial enterprises. Author presented the reform thinking that structural wage system would replace grade wage system and some suggestions that how to solve existing problems within industrial enterprises by means of the constituent parts of the structural wage.
