摘要
描述了一种计算钟表齿轮滚刀齿廓的新方法——齿高等距计算法.按照此法计算,可使滚刀齿廓上的计算点均匀分布,提高滚刀的设计精度.这种方法可应用于类似的刀具设计中.
A new calculation method of equaled-distance in height of tooth for outiine of the clock-gear hob is introduced. With this method, the calculated points distribution of the tooth outline are uniform, thus the design accuracy is increased remarkably.
