摘要
研究了变质元素钠和碲在Al-Si合金中的作用。实验结果发现:变质元素钠和碲加入Al-Si合金中,若其加入量适度,可以使硅变质,使合金的机械性能改善;若其加入量过少,则不仅不能使硅变质,反而会使其组织粗化,使合金的机械性能降低。变质元素钠和碲加到Al-Si合金中致使硅的组织粗化的原因,主要是由于变质元素加入后增加了硅的熔化熵,从而使硅的α因子增大。
The effect of modifying elements in Aluminium-Silicon alloy have been studied. It is found that the modifying elements in Aluminium-Silicon alloy have the effects with double character. When the modifying contents in the alloy is enough, it can make the silicon in the alloy modified and the mechanical properties of the aIIoy improved. When the modifying contents is too low, it makes the silicon in the alloy coarse and the mechanical properties of the alloy are lower than those of original alloy.
