摘要
通过对江苏镇江供电公司配网GIS系统一期建设经验的总结,提出了面向竣工图的单线图流程绘制及资料管理构思。本文从设计思路、实施方案、主要技术创新点等几方面阐述了“基于GIS的实时配电管理系统”的设计思想和技术要点。
This paper presents the mapping of single line chart and conception of document management based on final drawing oriented, according to the problems existing in GIS system construction of first phase in the Zhenjiang Power Supply Company. The unification and integrated system based on GIS is really realized, after the original designing scheme is reformed. The paper describes the design conception and technical points of real time distribution management system based on GIS from points of view of design idea, implementing scheme and major technical innovation points.
