摘要
通过分析在坐标测量机上用球形测头测量螺旋面端截形和轴截形时,测头中心轨迹与被测面的关系,提出了一种测头半径补偿方法,应用这种方法,可以消除测量中由于测头半径的影响所产生的测量误差.
The relationship between the trace of probe center and the measured surface is analyzed, when the axial sections and the cross sections of helicoids are measured by ball-shaped probes on coordinate measuring machines. And a new compensation method of radius of probe is proposed. The method leads to eliminate the effects of probe diameter.
