摘要
通过T10钢进行980℃高温固溶、640℃高温回火的碳化物细化预处理。研究了预处理对T10钢弯曲疲劳性能的影响;并通过对疲劳断口观察,分析了性能变化的微观机理.试验结果表明:T10钢原始组织中碳化物的细化,可有效地细化奥氏体及马氏体,改善基体的塑性和强度,从而使T10钢的疲劳极限和过载抗力得到提高;疲劳断口形貌由准解理转变为准解理加浅韧窝.
The influence of original microstructure pre-treating for refining the carbide by high temperature (980℃ solution and high temperature (640℃ tempering on the bending fatigue properties is studied. The results showed that after pre-treating for carbide refining, the strength, toughness, fatigue limit and over charge resistance of steel T10 are increased owing to the refining and well-distribution of carbide particles as well as the refining of austenite grain.
