摘要
提出了一种新的宽频带对数运算电路的设计方法.应用这种方法设计的2MHz宽频带对数放大器,其输入信号幅值范围可从1V到10V,而且器件易于在市场上购到.
A new design method of the broadband logarithmic operational circuit is presented. Using the method, a higher than 2MHz broadband logarithmic amplifier has been designed, and the voltage-controlled amplitude may vary from 1V to 10V.
