路缘石开槽机的受力分析

摘要 由于路缘石开槽机的切削刀具为后侧置式和逆向旋转布置,其受力情况和动力学与一般轮式车辆不同。本文砖LK160型开槽机进行了受力分析,表明切削阻力所产生的横向力矩将严重影响该机的操纵性和稳定性。为此,提出了相应措施,以保证开槽机的正常运行。 Because cutting tool of solt-drilling machine has been placed at side and back of machine, as well as this cutting tool revolve counterclockwise, its forcde condition and dynamics differ from general rolling vehicle. In this paper, the forced analysis of LK160 solt-dvilling machine has been proceeded, and it has been indicated that the operability and stability of machine can be influenced by transversal moment of cutting resistance. For the normal operation of slot-drilling machine, this paper gives corresponding measures.
