摘要
本文介绍了一种新的正弦脉冲宽度调制(PWM)法在MOSFET逆变器中的应用。建议在调整信号中加入谐波而形成一种新的调整信号,这样可以改变传统器件的工作方法,降低装置的噪音,减小设备的体积,同时也可改善输出波形。
A new sinusoidal PWM is present with using power MOSFET inverter. A new modulating signal is obtained by adding the harmonic. By useing the new modulating signal, the working, method of conventional inverter is changed, the noise of the device is reduced and the output waveforms are improved.
