摘要
通过对Internet/Intranet网络环境下的CNC远程监控进行研究,着重论述了该系统体系结构的确定和系统各部分的具体开发实现过程,建立了原型系统,用户通过浏览器即可控制远程的数控机床完成加工任务。同时该系统还能够对加工过程进行实时的动态仿真,向用户提供当前数控机床的加工状态信息,为网络化制造的具体实施奠定了一定的基础。
It presents the research on a remote monitoring and control system of web - based CNC. The establishment of the system framework and the realization process are given in detail. The paper shows a prototype that can make user monitor and control the CNC at remote place and finish the tasks of manufacturing by browser. This system can simulate dynamically the course of process in time and provide the information of machine tool.
