发泡体塑覆保温铜水管

摘要 针对第一代普通齿型塑覆铜管在实际使用中存在的缺陷,研制开发了内层为无缝紫铜管、聚乙烯为中间发泡体层和外层的基材,采用“一步法”三层共挤成型工艺生产的第二代发泡塑覆保温铜管。其导热系数仅为第一代普通齿型塑覆铜管的18%,具有良好的防冻、保温、节能、卫生、安全、耐久等特点,是一种理想的防冻、保温、节能型新型管材。 In order to amend the defects of the common copper tubes covered by tooth plastics, the 2nd generation of copper tube by foam plastics for isolation is developed, which consists of seamless red copper as the inner core and polythylene as the middle foam layer and the surface layer. Its conduction is only 18% of the former and it has the characteristics of antifreezing, isolation, energy - saving, sanitation safety and duration, etc.
