摘要
高校后勤社会化改革的实质是适应市场经济发展的需要,实现后勤管理模式和运行机制的根本转变。但在其发展过程中所存在的思想认识、运行机制、体制创新等方面的问题,已成为日益突显的不足。必须强化后勤企业的凝聚力,促进企业制度的创新。
The essense of socialization of LIHL is to meet the needs of the development of market economy in a
bid to Inake a radical chang in the logistic managrial mode and operational mechanism. However, in the process of
the development, such problems as managedal thinking, operational mechanism and system innovation have become in-
creasingly prominent. To tackle this problem, reinforcing cohesion within logistic department to encourage system inno-
vation is a must.
