摘要从细胞增殖角度看 ,转化生长因子 β1(TGF β1)是具有双重功能的细胞因子。其与肾纤维化的发生、发展关系密切 ,能够调节细胞外基质的合成及降解 ,并具有免疫抑制活性 ,其活性因细胞类型的不同而变化。TGF
