摘要
研究了保压腔条件下异种金属摩擦焊的顶锻过程,运用塑性力学中的上限原理分析了顶锻过程中塑性变形区的速度场和应变场,并导出了能发生顶锻位移的最小顶锻力的理论表达式。同时用实验手段研究了顶锻力与顶锻位移之间的关系,并通过接头性能的考核试验,验证了上述关系理论。
Forging process in friction welding of dissimilar metals using a sustaining pressure cavity was studied.The velocity and stress field of the plastic deforming zone during forging process was analyzed using the upper limit principle of plastic mechanic,and a theoretical model of calculating minimum forging force which can generate forging deformation was derived.The experimental study has been performed to verify the relationship between forging load and deformation,and the theoretical model above was verified by the tests of properties of welding bond.
