渗硼后的热处理工艺对50CrNiMo钢力学性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 研究了5CrNiMo钢渗硼后的热处理工艺规范对钢的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,渗硼后常温淬火组织以针状马氏体为主,高温淬火组织以板条马氏体为主;渗硼后进行高温淬火回火能够显著提高冲击韧度;随淬火温度提高,耐磨性略有下降。 The effect of heat treatment process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the 5CrNiMo steel after boronizing was studied.Results have shown that the microstructure is mainly composed of flake martensite when the boronized 5CrNiMo steel is quenched at usual temperature and it is mainly composed of lath martensite when quenched at high temperature.The impact toughness may be increased obviously when the materials are quenched and tempered at high temperature after boronizing.The wear resistance decreases slightly with the increasing of quenching temperature.
