摘要
针对机械工程的摩擦表面,提出了非正态高度分布的三维粗糙表面的数值模拟方法,采用β函数描述轮廓高度分布的概率密度,为定量研究粗糙表面的摩擦学行为提供了手段。在此基础上,对粗糙矩形表面部分润滑时的挤压膜特性作了研究,分析了均方差高度、偏态系数、方向数和试件长宽比对沉降规律的综合影响,并对两种表面作了沉降实验,实验结果与理论结果有较好的吻合性。
The approach of numerical simulation of three-dimensional surfaces having a non-normal distri-
bution of asperity heights is put forward in the paper,in which β distributed roughness is introduced.It
provides a tool for analyzing roughness-related phenomena quantitatively in tribology.Moreover,the
behaviour of squeeze film between two finite rectangular plates under partial HDL is analyzed both
theoretically and experimentally.The effect of the roughness prameters as well as the geometric pa-
rameters of the test plate on the response of a squeeze film is presented, and the experimental results
for two types of surface roughness are in agreement with the theoretical ones.
