摘要 作为对滑动轴承油膜从层流到紊流过渡区域的试验研究,作者在国内首次设计了一试验台,试验观察了圆柱轴承中油膜层流失稳、Taylor涡旋的产生和发展过程,拍摄了流动过渡过程的一系列照片,并作了较详细的分析。分别用流动显示法和测摩擦力矩法测定了同心与偏心情况下判别层流失稳的临界Taylor数。与国外有关资料以及与线性理论和整体理论的计算结果比较表明,本文的试验观察和测量均获得较好的结果。 The transition region from laminar to turbulent flow of the oil film in journal bearing is investi- gated experimentally by a test ris designed by the authors.The threshold of instability of laminar flow and the occurrence and developing process of Taylor vortex in oil film are observed. A series of pho- toaraphs recording the process of flow transition are taken and analysed in detail.Critical Taylor num- bets to identify the instability of laminar flow under concentric and eccentric situations are measured by the methods of flow visualization and friction torque measurement.The experimental results ob- tained in this paper is satifactory as shown by comparison with the computation results of linear and bulk theory and those of other papers.
