摘要
静磁波(MSW)器件具有无源、可方便实现电调、可靠性高及外围电路简单等优点。本文主要对各种MSW器件:延迟线、滤波器、信噪比增强器、振荡器和磁光MSW器件的基本原理和研究现状做系统的介绍。
Magnetostatic wave (MSW) element is passive, tunable and reliable. Additionally its periphery circuit is simple. This article introduced various MSW devices, including delay lines, filters, signal-noise enhancers, oscillators and magneto-optical MSW elements. Emphasis is put on their principles and current investigation status.
