摘要
用化学共沉淀法制备了Fe3O4磁胶粒,经过渡液包覆后均匀地分散在硅油中,制成了硅油基Fe3O4磁流体。通过实验确定了合理的工艺条件,用透射电镜(TEM)观测磁胶粒的大小、形状,其平均粒径在15 nm左右。用振动样品磁强计(VSM)测定了磁流体的饱和磁化强度,其最高值为μ0Ms=87.2mT。
The magnetic Fe3O4 colloid particulates were prepared by common chemical coprecipitation method. By cladding the colloid particulates with an intermediate and dispersing evenly in silicon oil, silicon-oil-based magnetic fluid was prepared. The technological condition of preparing was determined by experiment. The mean particle size was determined to be 15nm by TEM; the saturation magnetization was determined to beμ0Ms=87.2mT by VSM.
