摘要
该文推导了以面积定则为依据的暂态不稳定实时预测判据,提出了随起始功角变化定值自动变化的失步检出阻抗判据,解决了用微处理器实时监视和预测等值的单机无限大母线系统稳定性的技术问题。试验表明装置对静稳储备不足、静稳破坏能正确报警。对暂态不稳定能快速预测并启动控制,从而有效地避免失步。对于动稳破坏或其它原因造成的失步能正确检出,并发出有利于再同步或者解到的指示。
Based on equal area, the criterion for predicting real-time transient instability is given in this pa-
per. A new criterion for detecting out-of-step that the setting of impedance follows automatically the
critical swing angle δ_(max) is provided. The realized equipment is based on MC 6809 microprocessor. It
can fast predict the transient instability and act on the control immediately. The problem of real-time
monitor of the margin of steady stability is solved and the alarm may be given when the margin is not
sufficient. The equipment can detect any out-of-step and give beneficial signs to disconnect network or
re-synchronize. The physical tests show that the work of the new equipment is correct and reliable,
and the control for avoiding out-of-step is excellent.
