摘要
目的 :观察消栓降脂丸(XSJZ)对TIA病人血小板活化功能、纤溶酶原活性的影响。方法 :用XSJZ治疗TIA病人 40例 ,每天 3次 ,每次 10 g ,3 0d为一疗程。另设对照组 3 8例。治疗前、1个月、3个月及 6个月时测病人的血浆、血小板表面α -颗粒膜蛋白 (GMP -14 0 )、纤溶酶原激活物 (t -PA)、抑制物活性 (PAI)并评定疗效。结果 :①用药 1个月后两组血浆、血小板GMP -14 0、PAI下降 ,t -PA上升 ;但XSJZ组GMP -14 0、PAI下降值明显低于对照组 ,t -PA上升值高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;②两组GMP -14 0、PAI在停药后的 3个月、6个月值有上升趋势 ,但XSJZ组上升幅度低于对照组 ,t -PA的下降幅度也低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;③XSJZ组 3个月、6个月复发率均明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :XSJZ能降低TIA病人血小板活化功能、提高纤溶酶原活性 ,且作用时间长 ,故有降低或延迟TIA病人复发的作用。
Objective:To explore effects of Xiaoshuan Jiangzhi Pellet(XSJZ) on platelet activation functions and plasm fibrinolysin activities in patients with transient ischemic attack(TIA). Methods:40 cases with TIA were treated with XSJZ, 10 g per time, third a day, for 30 days as a course, and 38 patients were treated with normal methods as control group. GMP-140 of plasma and platelet surface, activity of plasminogen activator(t-PA), plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI) of subjects were tested pretreatment, and in 1 month, 3 month and 6 month of post-treatment.Results:①The GMP-140 of plasma and platelet surface, PAI of two groups all decreased, t-PA increased significantly in 1 month of post-treatment, but decreasing values of platelet surface GMP-140(PSG) and PAI,increasing of t-PA in XSJZ group was higher than those in control group(P<0.01);②GMP-140,PAI all had the trendy to increase in 3 month ,6 month after drug withdrawal, But the increase values in XSJZ group was lower than those in control group, as well as the decrease values of t-PA was lower, all(P<0.01);③The recurrence rate of XSJZ group was significantly lower than those in control group in 3 month and 6 month of post-treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion:XSJZ can decline platelet activation functions and improve plasma fibrinolysin activities and takes on longer effect to TIA patients, so it can decrease or delay the recurrence rate of TIA.
