摘要
目的 :探讨建立兔心肌细胞再灌注损伤模型的可靠方法及黄芪注射液配伍川芎嗪的防治作用。方法 :兔在体冠状动脉左室支结扎再松开建立心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,通过术中心电图动态观察和术后电镜心肌超微结构变化 ,检测模型的可靠性 ,并观察术前应用黄芪配伍配伍川芎嗪防治效果。结果 :模型组心电图结扎即刻及再灌注时均有ST -T抬高、电镜显示心肌损伤明显 ,而治疗组ST -T抬高不明显、心肌损伤较轻。结论 :该模型简便、可靠 ,黄芪配伍川芎嗪对心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有良好的防治作用。
Objective:To establish a novel and a simple rabbit model with myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury (MI/R) and to study with Astragalus injection plus Lignstrazine in protecting MI/R. Methods:A rabbit model with MIRI was clamped and untied left branch of their coronary artery. EKG was observed. The myocardium of the model was investigated under transmission electron microscope. We also observed the model with Astragalus injection plus Lignstrazine. Results:The model group could elevate the ST-T of ECG, injury the myocardium under microscope. Astragalus plus Lignstrazine could improve. Conclusion:A novel model was simple and reliable for MI/R study. Astragalus plus Lignstrazine could effectively protect MI/R.
