摘要
近年来,具有生物活性的多糖逐渐被发现,有的已用于临床使用。活性多糖的生物活性与其结构密切相关。本文对活性多糖的结构层次、结构研究、生物活性及其构效关系的研究进展进行了综述。
Polysaccharides with biological activities have recently been found,and some of them have been put to (clinical) application.Biological activities of polysaccharides are closely related to their structures.In this article,(structure) of polysaccharides,identification methods of the structure,biological activity,and relationship between their structure and activity are reviewed.
