摘要 20 0 0年 4月至 2 0 0 1年 6月进行了为期 15个月使用化学不育剂———环丙醇类衍生物控制鼠害的现场试验。鼠密度于试验 5个月后由初始的 6 3.8%下降为 4 2 % ,11个月后为 4 % ,控制率高达 93.7%。检测幼体足迹 ,由开始的 2 5 .4 % 11个月后下降为 0。半年后检查雄性精子浓度、活精子数和精子死亡率等 3项指标 ,试验组与对照组差异显著 ,表明雄性生殖系统均受损伤。试验表明 ,该不育剂使鼠类密度较长期控制在不危害水平 ,次年繁殖期密度反而下降 。 A field trial for investigating the rodent control effect of chemical sterility-halo propanediol derivative was carried out for 15 months i.e. from April 2000 to June 2001.The rodent density dropped from 63.8% to 42% 5 months after trial and dropped to 4% 11 months after trial, showing that the control effect was as high as 93.7%. The foot print examination of young rats dropped from 25.4% to 0% 11 months after trial. 6 months after trial, there were significant differences between experiment group and control group in tests of sperm concentration, number of live sperm and sperm death rate, which confirmed that the reproductive system of male rats was seriously damaged. The investigation results showed that the rodent control effect was excellent for the density kept in a harmless level over a longer period of time and the density in next reproductive stage remained in dropping tendency.
