摘要 对W12Mo3Cr4V3高速钢刀具进行了深冷处理试验 ;深冷处理前后刀具的耐用度、硬度和金相显微结构对比试验的结果表明 :深冷处理可以改善高速钢刀具材料的微观组织结构 ,增强高速钢刀具的耐磨损性能 。 The HSS(W12Mo3Cr4V3) cutting tools treated in an ultra-low temperature equipment controlled by computer were studied. Wear resistance and hardness of the treated tools were compared with that of the untreated ones,in the meantime , their microstructure changes were also studied. The results show that deep cry ogenic treatment can improve microstructure, enhances their wear resistance and increase hardness of the cutting tools.
