摘要
对COMET 40 0激光扫描仪小型零件扫描测量方法的不足进行了改进 ,提出了建立辅助扫描测量参考点匹配坐标系统的方法 ,从整体上提高了扫描测量点云的质量 ,保证了重构曲面的光顺性要求。
The scanning measuring method for small-size parts used in Laser Scann er COMET 400 was improved and a new method about establishing an auxiliary scann ing coordinate system to match reference points was put forward. The quality of points cloud scanned could be integrally increased and the smoothing require of reconstructed free-form surface could be insured by the new method. With a larg e number of check experiments and field application for measuring small-size par ts the feasibility of the method was certified.
