摘要
通过模拟拉削试验 ,分析了拉刀钝圆半径rn 的变化对拉刀磨损和拉削表面质量的影响 ,认为rn 反映了拉刀磨损的程度 。
According to the simulated experiment for broaching, the effect of the change of the rounded cutting edge radius on the wear of broacher and the quali ty of the broached surface is analyzed. It is presented that the radius reflects the wear degree of broachers and is the primary effect factor for broached surf ace quality.
