南京住宅小区雨水利用方案技术经济比较

Exploration of Nanjing small residential district′s rainwater utilizing scheme

雨水是城市宝贵的淡水资源,南京城区雨水资源量远大于杂用水需求量,雨水利用潜力巨大。通过示例,提出了住宅小区4种雨水利用方案,计算了各方案的工程造价、雨水利用量、渗透量及排放量,以差额投资收益率为指标进行了方案技术经济比较,结果方案3最优。

Rainwater is urban's precious fresh water resource.This paper analyses Nanjing urban rainwater quantity and urban water consumption demand.The former is larger than the latter and the potentiality of rainwater utilization is huge. Through example,it poses four rainwater utilization plans in small residential district. It calculates the project cost and rainwater utilizationquantity, infiltration quantity and discharging quantity.Through technological and economic comparation of these plans, the third plan is proved to be the best.
