摘要
针对石灰竖窑运行中存在产量低、能耗高、操作环境恶劣、热效率过低等问题,对竖窑进行了全面的热平衡测试,找出影响竖窑热损失的主要原因,提出具体炉窑改造方案,并进行了竖窑的改造;通过改造前后的热平衡测试数据的对比,竖窑的热效率提高了4倍,单位成品热耗降为原来的1 6,成品率提高,节能效果显著。
In view of the fact of operation of a lime shaft kiln lower output, high energy consumption, badly working condition, lower thermal efficiency, heavier loss, by means of heat balance test and analysis of main factors of heat loss. Some methods of energy saving and technology improvement in lime shaft kiln have been suggested,and a lime shaft kiln was reconstrucred. By comparing heat balance test-data after improvement with tar before improvement, thermal efficiency increases four times.
