摘要
考察了硫代苄基半胱氨酸(SBC)在不同的温度、pH值下的不同溶剂中的溶解度及SBC的结晶介稳区。并应用经典成核理论,计算得到固液界面张力σ,预测了SBC的结晶介稳区,理论计算值与实验数值非常相近,表明Mullin估算方法对于氨基酸类化合物结晶分离研究,仍有实际指导意义。
The solubilities of S-benzyl-Cys (SBC)in different solutions of different temperature and pH were analyzed, and the crystallization metastable zone was measured. Surface tension (σ)was calculated and the width of crystallization metastable zone was calculated based on Mullin Nucleation Equation. The calculated results were very close to the experimental results. The present research result showed that Mullin Nucleation Equation could be applied to guidethe crystallization of amino acids.
