摘要
某大开间的商贸住宅楼直接建造在软弱地基素填土上,建成后就产生严重倾斜成为危房。在分析大楼地基条件及建造有关情况基础上,阐明了大楼倾斜的原因,并对症下药采取了综合纠偏的几种技术手段,使大楼得以纠偏扶正,并恢复正常使用,为类似工程提供经验和积累资料。
A dangerous commercial and residential apartment with large column grid was directly built on the soft foundation of plain fill. As soon as it was constructed, the building was found seriously inclined and became a dangerous building. This article, after having analyzed the foundation condition of the building and the relevant situation of the construction, expounds the cause of inclination. While taking comprehensive technical measures of inclination correction the correction has succeeded. Now this building is safe and in normal use. This correction procedure can provide an example for similar engineering cases.
