摘要
研究了以改进的Trinder试剂N 乙基 N (2 羟基 3 磺酸基丙基 ) 3 ,5 二甲氧基苯胺 (DAOS)为还原型色原测血液中葡萄糖含量的新体系。应用DAOS试剂的优点在于它形成的氧化型色素的最大吸收波长在 5 92nm。在此波长下 ,血液中胆红素等物质没有干扰吸收 ,所以本法测血糖含量不需把血液分离为血清 ,比临床上广泛使用的酶法分析中以苯酚为还原型色原的测定方法简便、准确。本法测定葡萄糖的线性范围在 1~ 2 0mmol L ;回收率为 96.3 %~ 97.7%。
This paper describes a novel system for the determination of blood glucose with the modified Trinder's reagent N-ethyl-N-(2-hydroxy-3-sulfopropyl)-3, 5-dimethoxyaniline (DAOS). The advantage of the application of DAOS lays in the fact that the formed chromogen has a maximum absorption at 592 run and the most frequent interfering substances in blood such as bilirubin absorb slightly at this wavelength. Therefore, this method can determine blood glucose without the separation of serum from blood. It's a simple and accurate method than the most frequently employed enzymatic one in clinical practice. The linear range of the system is 1similar to20 mmol/L, the recovery of glucose is 96.3%similar to97.7%.
