摘要
基于金属指示剂 1 (2 吡啶偶氮 ) 2 萘酚 (PAN)对稀土离子Yb3+ 的近红外发光的敏化作用 ,建立了Yb3+ 的定量分析方法。方法的线性范围为 1 .0× 1 0 - 6 ~ 8.0× 1 0 - 6 mol L,检测下限为 1 .0× 1 0 - 6 mol L ,相对标准偏差为 3 .2 %。该方法适用于在混合稀土样品中选择性地测定Yb3+ 的含量。
Near-infrared luminescence of Yb3+ can be sensitized by forming complex with 1-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol (PAN). A novel near-infrared fluorometric method for the determination of Yb3+ in rare earth mixture was suggested. The result shows that the linearity range is 1.0 x 10(-6) similar to 8.0 x 10(-6) mol/L with detection limit of 1.0 x 10(-6) mol/L, and the relatively standard deviation is 3.2%.
