对前向离心通风机设计中若干问题的探讨与建议

Research on Several Problems Relating to the Design of Centrifugal Fans with Forward Curved Blades

在离心通风机设计中 ,要运用一些经验数据和公式 ,而这些数据和公式多半来自后向通风机 ,不可完全无条件用于前向通风机。笔者在从事前向通风机研制的实践中 ,对设计中的若干问题进行了试验研究 ,取得了一些结果 ,特别对前向叶片形状的确定提出了一个简便的方法。

The design of centrifugal fans sometimes depends on the empirical data and formulas, most of which were obtained from the fans with backward curved blades.They are not wholly and unconditionally suitable to that with forward blades.In this paper, the particularities of the fans with forward blades are considered, the experimental results and suggestions by the author are introduced, especially a new simple method for determining the shape of forward curved blade is put forward.
