摘要
以大型专用有限元模拟软件ANSYS/LS -DYNA为仿真工具 ,研究了螺旋肋钢丝成肋过程中的三维弹塑性有限元模拟技术 ,对螺旋肋钢丝成肋拉拔过程进行了模拟。在对大量不同工况仿真的基础上 ,分析了模具各尺寸参数、拉拔过程润滑情况、拉拔速度的变化对拉拔过程中拉拔力的影响。
To study three-dimensioned elastic-plastic finite element simulating technology of the deforming process of spiral rib steel wire using ANSYS/LS-DYNA as a simulating tool. Drawing process of spiral rib steel wire is simulated. On the basis of simulating a lot of work status, the effect factors such as dimension parameters of drawing die, lubrication situation and drawing speed on drawing process are analyzed.
