摘要
钢芯钢丝绳在我国一些领域的应用量逐渐增加 ,钢芯发生早期失效的问题应引起关注 ,通过对钢芯特性的分析 ,指出钢芯尺寸设计不合理、自身存在缺陷、参数设计缺乏系统考虑、使用润滑油脂质量不高、润滑方式不合理及对钢丝质量重视程度不够是引起钢芯使用过程中早期失效的主要因素 ,并就钢芯设计时保持合理间隙、对主股外层钢丝的保护、钢芯钢丝质量、钢芯自身润滑保护、选择合适捻向及采用新结构等问题进行探讨。
The application quantity of steel wire rope with metal core is increasing gradually in some fields in China. The problems about early stage failure of metal core need paying attention. Analyzing the characteristics of metal core, the main failure causes are described as: dimensions design of metal core is not reasonable, steel wire rope has defect, parameters design lacks systemic consideration, quality of lubricant is not high, way of lubricant is not reasonable and attention degree is not enough. The problems are discussed such as holding reasonable gap in design of metal core, protection external strands of rope, quality of metal core and steel wire, lubricant protection of metal core, selection of right twisting direction and adoption of new structure.
