Analysis of Factors Affecting Microstructure and Property of Heat Treatment Steel Wire

阐述盘条和钢丝内部及表面缺陷对钢丝性能和热处理组织的影响 ,比较“高线温、高铅温、快车速”和“低线温、低铅温、慢车速”两种热处理工艺方式特点 ,实验研究了拉拔压缩率对钢丝热处理后抗拉强度的影响 ,结果表明在相同的热处理条件下 ,提高热处理前变形量可提高热处理后钢丝的组织性能。

To expound the effect of defect existing in interior and surface of steel wire on property and heat treatment microstructure of steel wire. The heat treatment process characteristics of high steel wire temperature, high lead temperature and high speed are compared with that of low steel wire temperature, low lead temperature and low speed. The effect of drawing draught on tensile strength of steel wire after heat treatment is studied by experiment. Raising deformation quantity before heat treatment can improve microstructure and property after heat treatment in the same condition of heat treatment.
