摘要
对合金化镀层钢绞线的研究成果进行综述 ,对合金镀层性能进行测试。电化学测试表明合金镀层钢丝电极极化阻力远大于热镀锌镀层钢丝电极极化阻力 ,而其电极的自腐蚀电流仅是热镀锌钢丝电极的 1/ 3左右 ;醋酸盐雾试验表明 ,合金镀层腐蚀失重比热镀锌镀层腐蚀失重低 16 %;中性盐雾试验表明 ,合金镀层钢绞线的耐盐雾腐蚀能力强于热镀锌层钢绞线 ,其腐蚀失重较镀锌钢绞线小 40 %。
To summarize the research results of alloy coat steel strand wire. The properties of the alloy coat are tested. The electrochemical test shows that the electrode polarization resistance of alloy coat steel wire is much stronger than that of the steel wire galvanized by dipping, however, the self-corrosion current of the electrode of alloy coat steel wire is only about 1/3 of that of galvanized steel wire. The acetic acid salt spray corrosion test indicates that the corrosion mass loss of alloy coat is lower 16% than that of the galvanized coat. The neutral salt spray corrosion test shows that the corrosion-resisting capability of alloy coat steel strand wire in salt spray is stronger than that of the strand wire galvanized by dipping, and its corrosion mass loss is less 40% than that of galvanized strand wire.
