钢丝绳捻制过程股绳张力监控技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 钢丝绳捻制质量是影响其使用寿命和承载能力的主要因素。研制了包括传感器、测控电路、控制软件在内的钢丝绳股绳张力监控系统。研制的钢丝绳股绳张力测控系统抗干扰能力强、性能稳定。使用钢丝绳股绳张力测控系统后的整绳试验结果表明 :绳中股的受力均匀性增加 ,实验中钢丝绳同时断裂股数增加 1股以上 ,平均增加幅度在 2 5 %以上。钢丝绳股绳张力测控系统较大幅度提高了钢丝绳的安全性能和使用寿命 ,具有较高的实用价值。 The laying quality of wire rope is a main factor to affect its service life and load bearing capability. The tension monitoring system of strand and rope including sensors, monitoring circuit and control software are researched and produced. The researched and produced tension monitoring system of strands and rope has strong anti-interference and stable property. After applying tension monitoring system of strands and rope, the result of whole rope tensile test shows that the forced uniformity of strands in rope increase, the simultaneous broken strands of rope in experiment increase more than one strand, on the average, increase more than 25%. The tension monitoring system of strands and rope can increase safety property and service life of wire rope by a big margin, and has higher application value.
