摘要
将燃烧合成技术与传统焊接技术相结合 ,以Ti Ni体系为连接材料研究了 0 8钢 /1Cr1 8Ni9不锈钢焊接焊缝的形成过程 ,探索了Ti Ni加压燃烧合成的过程及产物的形成机制 ,焊缝与基体的结合行为。
Correlating combustion synthesis with traditional weldi ng technology, the formation process of welding seam of 08Al steel/1Cr18Ni9 stai nless steel welded with joint materials of Ti Ni system was investigated. The p rocess of pressurized combustion synthesis of Ti Ni and the mechanism of its pr oduct formation, joint behavior between matrix and weld seam and fracture morpho logy of the seam were explored to develop a new preparation technique for cladding metal composites.
