The model of relation between processing parameters and mechanical properties for ZA27 alloy in extrusion casting was established on th e basis of artificial nervous network. Optimization of processing parameters for ZA27 alloy in extrusion casting was conducted by means of annealing arithmetic simulation. The results showed that ZA27 alloy possessed higher comprehensive pr operties with 40MPa specific pressure, mold temperature at 230~240℃,pouring te mperature at 540~550 ℃, holding pressure time for about 50s.
