Management information system may provide applicable technolgy and basic tool for management modernization and scientific decision to serve enterprise management and strategic decision. The paper explains the main idea of the overall design of management information system for Shitanjing Mining Bureau, the planning process and organization mode as well as some specific requirments and problems having to pay attention in order to study the experiense and menthod in the development and construction of management information system for mining enterprise.
