竖井双箕斗提升系统松绳启动的安全保护

SAFETY PROTECTION OF HOISTING SLACKING CABLE ON STARTING IN DOUBLE-SKIP SHAFT HOIST SYSTEM

竖井双箕斗提升系统,当下放侧箕斗卡在卸载位置而松绳启动时,电动机启动后若干秒,其转速大大小于正常情况下的启动转速,或电机不动,在切除第二段转子电阻后,电动机才开始加速。根据分析,本文提出了在电动机控制系统线路中,增加松绳保护回路的安全措施,并设计出了具体的改进线路。

While the hoistiug cable in double-skip shaft hoist system wedged at unloading position on the failing down side is slack,the speed of the motor after certain seconds of starting is much lower than that of normal condition or the motor does not rotate until the second segment resistance of the rotor is cancelled.The safety measure presented in the paper is to add a protection loop of slacking cable in the circuit of control system, and the improving circuit is designed.
