摘要
通过对石油机械制造业中双圆弧齿轮检测现状的分析和研究,提出一种“双圆弧齿轮多参数测量仪”,该仪器有三个自由度,各自由度可单独或相互配合运用,能测出双圆弧齿轮的多种重要参数,可解决当前该种齿轮检测中存在的问题;简述了该仪器进一步发展的潜力。
On the basis of analysing and investigating the existing state of the measuring methods and through exploring new measuring means, this paper presents a new kind of measuring apparatus—the apparatus for measuring multiparameters of hi—arc gears. This kind of apparatus has three—dimensional freedoms which may be used separately or compatibly. Many important parameters of the bi—arc gears can be measured and the problems existed in former measuring methods will be solved.
