摘要
目前,延长油矿使用的采油机械基奉上是游梁式抽油机,在油田特定的生产条件下,此种设备的泵效和利用率均较低,一次性投资大,管理维修十分困难,远不能适应油田快速发展的需要,为此,经过近10年来的不断探索研究,液压振动泵这一适应油田发展需要的新型采油设备得到了不断地改进和完善,并完成了设计.液压振动泵是一种利用油管内不可压缩的液体柱传递地面设备的动力,使井下泵体内的柱塞和支承弹簧维持不断地振动,从而把井中的原油或水提升到地面的无杆抽油装置.由于该装置固有的特点,因而其体积小,重量轻,优于同级有杆抽油机系统,很适合油田的需要.本文根据振动原理,详细介绍了该装置的组成和理论分析,所得公式为该装置设计参数的确定提供了理论依据.
The beam —pumping unit used in oil fields at present has the following defects: low pumping efficiency and using rate, high investment, difficult management and maintaining. To mcet the requirement of fast oil field development, a new type of pumping unit——hydraulic vibration pump has been improved and perfected. The hydraulic vibration pump is a non — rod pumping installation which uses uncompressible liquid flow to transfer the power of the surface equipment, making pump plunger and the supporting spring vibrate inside the pump, thus the oil or water in well is raised to the surface. Being smaller in volume and lighter in weight, the hydraulic vibration pump is better than rod pumping installation. This paper presents the details of the components and the theoretical analysis of the installation in light of the principles of vibration, the formulas obtained provide the theoretical support for the determination of the design parameters.
