摘要
通过红外光谱的定量分析方法,建立了粘土稳定剂浓度同处理粘土中吸附水含量之间的关系.对有机阳离子季胺盐类粘土稳定剂与钙蒙脱土层间水作用原理进行了初步分析.实验表明,该红外光谱分析法能够较好反映粘土稳定剂同吸附水的作用效果,通过实测分析能够对粘土稳定剂进行初选,并且对稳定效果的比较分析提供了分析手段.
Based on the quantitative analysis of infrared spectrum, the relationship between the concentration of clay stabilizing agent and the content of the adsorbed water in the processed clay is established. A preliminary analysis of the action principles of clay stabilizing agent of cation quaternary ammonium salt on water between calcium and smetite is made. Experiments show that this method can better reflect the action effect of the clay stabilizing agent on the adsorbed water and, the clay stabilizing agent can be selected tentatively by actual measurement and analysis. It is a method for making comparatiue analysis of the stabilizing effect.
