本文分析了某厂引进的焊管生产线计算机数据采集系统SDC的工作原理、系统结构、硬、软件框图及设计中采用的先进技术:modula-2语言,灵活而海量的三级存储器;由索引表,系统文件配合RSX—11操作系统层次型数据库管理的灵活而可靠的方法……等等.同时指出了外国某公司在SDC系统设计中的错误——管号无法识别,致使该系统无法工作.

This paper analyses the working principles, system structure, the block diagrams of hardware and software and the advanced technique taken in statistic data collection (SDC) system, such as: Modula 2 language, flexible and huge memory with three levels, flexible and reliable management of the layered data base by key table, system file and RSX—11 operating system……and so on. This paper points out the mistake made in designing SDC system, i. e. the number of the pipes can't be recognized.
