单片机在铸铁熔炼配料监控中的应用

摘要 介绍MCS—51系列单片机在球墨铸铁熔炼配料监控系统中的具体应用,包括系统硬件组成和软件结构,它能完成:(1)自动秤量和打印每次加入的三种原料的重量;(2)自动打印这三种原料的每日累积值;(3)自动记录和打印每两次加料的间隔时间;讨论了在动态情况下,处理所采集的拉力信号的方法。系统所采用的各种抗干扰措施,经实践证明是有效的和必要的。该系统保证了球黑铸铁熔炼的质量,提高了产品的合格率,并为产品性能的分析提供了依据。 The specific application of MCS—51 series single—chip microcomputer in monitored control system of cast iron smelting burden is discussed in this paper The system includes hardware and software structure. The functions are as follows: Three kinds of material fed in each time can be atuomatically weighed and printed out; the total accumulated weight of the three kinds of material each day can be printed out; the interval time between two feedings can be automatically recorded and printed out. The method of processing pulling force signol collected in dynamic mode is also discussed in the paper. Some anti—interference measures taken in the system have been proved necessary and effective in practice. The use of the system guarantees the quality of nodular cast iron and raises the rate of product's qualification. A basis for analysing the product's performance has been thus provided.
