摘要
本文对钢筋混凝土烟囱施工现场测得的数万个偏差数据进行了统计分析,探讨了各种偏差值的分布规律及其变异的大小,将测得的实际偏差与《烟囱工程施工及验收规范》所规定的允许值进行了比较,同时对不同施工工艺所造成的偏差值作了对比,并讨论了施工偏差值对结构可靠度的影响。根据对不同施工工艺偏差的分析,建议在高烟囱施工时宜采用单滑或翻模施工工艺。
A statistical analysis has been carried out about a vast amount of data measuredfrom reinforced concrete chimneys in construction sites. The statistical distributions andvariations of construction deviation were investigated. The comparison was made be-tween the measured data with the allowable error stipulated by 'Code of Constructionand Acceptance of Chimneys'. The deviation caused by different construction methodswere compared. The in fluence of construction deviation on structural reliability was dis-cussed. According to the analysis of deviation caused by different construction methods,the suitable construction methods for high concrete chimneys were suggested.
