摘要
本文研究了奥氏体化温度和钛含量对含有较高氮的20MnVBH钢奥氏体晶粒度的影响。结果表明,该钢的奥氏体晶粒随奥氏体化温度升高逐渐长大,符合一般晶粒长大规律:如果钢中的钛含量大大超过按化学计算的钛量(3.43N),可显著提高奥氏体晶粒粗化温度和细化奥氏体晶粒。
The influences of austenitizing temperature and titanium content on the austenite
grain size of 20MnVBH steel containing comparatively high nitrogen have been investi-
gated. It is shown that the austenite grain size of the steel increases gradually with raising
the austenitizing temperature, and if the amount of titanium added is much higher than
the stoichiometric requirement (3.43N), the austenite grain coarsening temperature is
markedly raised and the austenite grain size is refined.
